In the gym, during training, an additional approach is always important, because it stimulates muscle growth. The same principle is at work. The continuous search for new knowledge gives us the opportunity to be better than yesterday, and forget such a word as procrastination. We like it when clients learn about the latest technologies and approaches from us, not us from them.

Self-teach, be curious and turn everything you do into an experience;
Take knowledge from colleagues and share your own experience, because together is faster;
Apply new knowledge in practice, if it doesn’t contradict the interests of the project and business;
Ask for feedback on your work and don’t be afraid to give it to other team members;
Learn from your mistakes. It’s important and necessary to make a mistake, and it’s even more important to draw conclusions from it;
Participate in retrospectives to understand your own and the team’s areas of growth.

Don’t be lazy to learn new things and don’t resist changes that improve the work process, and if they make it worse, offer your solution;
Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today. A good moment begins when you decide it;
Don’t forget to share the received information with others. A person who doesn’t want to share knowledge, slows down the cultural growth of the entire nation. It’s important to be able not only to take, but also to give.

Active people always want to control and influence events in their lives, especially at work. These are locomotive people who initiate changes within the company and don’t rest until their tasks or problematic points are solved (within reasonable limits).

Offer solutions that will improve processes within the team;
Pay attention to problems, even if they are outside the area of your responsibility and competence;
Be determined: accept challenges and don’t be afraid to do what you haven’t done before;
Be open to helping colleagues, and do the same for them.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions and ask for help if you don’t understand something;
Don’t be silent if you don’t have work, or you don’t know how to solve a task. It slows down our collective progress;
Don’t remain indifferent to the problems of others;
Don’t ignore the questions of colleagues, because the speed and quality of their work depends on it;
Don’t be passive if you see that there is something that can be improved.

Our History

2005

Four people working on Ukrainian projects in the field of Custom Software Development founded a company called Acvitas. The team works in a one-room apartment, and no one dreams of their own office then.

2006

Obtaining the first contract in the US market was a significant milestone for our company's expansion efforts.

2006 - 2010

The company grows to the mark of 20 people and receives new contracts from the USA

2011

Half of Acvitas' core team is being spun off into an independent company. This is how Breeze Software was founded.

2011 - 2014

Breeze Software gets its own office. The company becomes a full partner of the World Bank, the first contract is signed. In parallel with this, the russian army begins a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine in the Donbas region, so Breeze Soft directs its experience and financial resources to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

2014 - 2019

The company strengthens its cooperation with the World Bank and receives projects from Germany, Great Britain, Uzbekistan and Ethiopia. The team is growing both quantitatively and expertly.

2019 - 2022

Breeze Software signs a contract with the largest airport of Ukraine (Boryspil), but due to the beginning of a large-scale epidemic of COVID-19, the cooperation is postponed indefinitely. Due to quarantine restrictions, numerous projects are lost, the staff is reduced, and the team is restructured to a remote work format.

2022

After the end of COVID-19 Breeze Software returns to its usual format, but a new challenge awaits Ukraine. The Russian Federation is trying to take over the entire country. Part of the Breeze Soft team is joining the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and at the same time the company is increasing its assistance to the Ukrainian Army. Despite massive rocket attacks on the energy infrastructure and problems with light, the company fulfills its obligations to customers according to the planned delivery dates.

2023

The war continues. Ukraine is regaining its territories and successfully repelling Russian attacks. At the same time, Breeze Software returns to office work, receives new projects and expands the staff.

The State Agricultural Register, colloquially referred to as "Diia" for agrarians, began operations in August 2022 and has become an indispensable platform for supporting Ukrainian agrarians, facilitating access to assistance from the state, international organizations, and banks. The register operates similarly to agricultural producer registries existing in all EU member countries, offering registered users the ability to freely and transparently apply for state subsidies, targeted subsidized loan programs, loans, and technical assistance from the European Union and other international donors, subject to their mandatory requirements. Beyond convenience, transparency, speed, and accountability in the administration of agricultural producer support, the register also provides a powerful analytical tool for analyzing the actual state of agricultural production and the status of its producers.
