We’re looking for an Experienced Accountant-Financier to support our CFO in implementing financial strategy, maintaining accounting and management reporting, and optimizing company expenses.
We’d love to meet a detail-oriented, proactive professional interested in new technologies and legislative updates, with ambitions to grow into a Finance Manager role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit and optimize accounting processes;
  • Control business operations and close reporting periods (month/quarter/year);
  • Manage full HR accounting cycle (hiring, terminations, leaves);
  • Build and automate financial models and budgets;
  • Ensure tax compliance and optimize taxation;
  • Maintain primary documentation and reconcile with suppliers;
  • Handle foreign economic and currency operations;
  • Support payroll, bonuses, sick leaves, and vacations;
  • Register and manage VAT operations;
  • Collaborate with banks and tax authorities;
  • Support transition to Diia.City special tax regime;
  • Assist CFO in financial strategy and cost optimization;
  • Provide accounting and tax support to employees and contractors;

Hard Skills:

  • 4+ years as a sole accountant in IT (services, foreign trade) or production
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor law of Ukraine;
  • Experience with multiple legal entities and FOPs;
  • Confident in 1C / BAS, M.E.Doc, BAF, Google Workspace;
  • Experience with VAT reporting and tax audits;
  • Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, KPI tracking;
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

How is the recruitment
process going?

Studying CV
Studying CV and getting to know the recruiter (up to 2 days). The recruiter will review your resume and offer an online meeting if your experience meets the job requirements.

Interview (1 day)
If the recruiter receives positive feedback after the first stage, we invite you to an online interview with the Hiring Manager and HR. During the hour, you communicate with each other and ask questions that are important to each of the parties.

Test task
For some positions, it's difficult for us to assess the candidate's hard skills, so we may ask you to complete a test task. Terms are discussed individually, depending on the complexity of the task and your life circumstances. In parallel with this process, the recruiter will ask you to provide the contacts of former Managers to ask them a few questions about your joint work experience (if you don't mind).

Making a decision (1-3 days)
After evaluating your resume, interview, test task (situational) and recommendations, we make a decision, and if it is positive, we proceed to the last stage.
