We are currently looking for a Project Manager & Business Analyst to work on both ongoing and new IT projects. We need someone with a high level of responsibility who understands the key success metrics of a project, such as timelines, customer satisfaction, and the quality of the final product. You should be able to identify customer needs, translate them into solutions, and describe them in clear, simple terms for developers.

If this sounds like you, and you’re interested, here’s what you will be doing:

— Participating in the pre-sale phase of the project: analyzing requirements, providing estimates to potential clients, and budgeting the project;

— Supporting and developing the product: assessing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions;

— Identifying and analyzing user requirements;

— Developing project resource plans (planning and prioritization) and getting them approved by clients;

— Managing projects and leading a team of developers, tracking project status (progress, timelines, potential issues, and risks);

— Communicating with clients and their contractors to keep them up-to-date;

— Measuring project and team performance to improve processes;

— Creating and maintaining up-to-date project documentation;

— Participating in meetings with the team and stakeholders;

— Presenting developed solutions;

— Preparing project status reports.

To achieve these goals, you should have the following competencies:

Hard skills:

— 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst on international projects (preferably outsourcing);

— Experience creating project documentation and other materials (BRD, BPMN, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional specifications, UI design specifications, user stories, task logs);

— Proficiency in tools and techniques for documenting business requirements (using formats like user stories, use cases, scenarios, or others that provide concise and clear requirements and acceptance criteria);

— Understanding the software development lifecycle, ability to decompose, estimate tasks, and establish dependencies and sequences;

— Knowledge of project management methodologies and proven experience in applying them based on task specifics;

— Fundamental understanding of software architecture;

— Business analysis skills (identifying needs and conducting additional research as needed);

— Advanced use of Task Management systems (preferably Jira);

— English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) with a desire to improve;

— Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace;

— Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make texts clear and concise for both clients and development teams.

Soft skills:

— Systematic thinking (understanding basic principles of minimalism, prioritizing, and structuring large amounts of data);

— Responsibility (understanding the importance of deadlines and informing us in advance if something isn’t going according to plan so we can find a solution together);

— Leadership and problem-solving skills (knowing the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, motivating them, and achieving results within budget and deadlines);

— Communication skills (organizing people around a common goal, finding an approach to each participant, and translating technical information into client-friendly language);

— Initiative and proactiveness (always looking for improvements and generating ideas to increase team efficiency);

— Empathy (understanding people’s moods and problems, being happy to help solve them, and being able to anticipate risks);

— A sense of style (creating documents that are enjoyable to read).

Reasons you might not be a fit:

— Lack of desire to grow and develop;

— Giving up when faced with a challenging task that requires extra research or a creative approach;

— Remaining silent when you have no workload.

What we offer:

— Exciting projects and challenges that allow you to realize your potential;

— Competitive compensation with regular reviews;

— Flexible schedule, paid vacations, and sick leave;

— Standard social package and additional bonus programs;

— A modern A+ class office near Lybidska metro station with stable internet and electricity supply;

— Opportunities for development, training, and leisure.

The hiring process:

  2. Interview with the Operations Manager and CEO;
