We’re looking for a responsible Product & Project Manager to drive product development and lead initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the product from ideation to launch and continuous optimization;
  • Conduct UX research and develop hypotheses;
  • Create technical and functional tasks for the team;
  • Plan the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog;
  • Collaborate closely with the development team, support, and stakeholders;
  • Work with analytics: test and validate hypotheses, improve product performance;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and product documentation;
  • Validate ideas and track key performance metrics.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Project/Product Manager in IT;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;
  • Experience in product launches, requirements gathering, and budget management;
  • Solid understanding of web/mobile architecture and delivery processes;
  • Strong communication skills: presenting, facilitating, aligning.

Hard skills:

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets (or similar tools);
  • Familiarity with discovery processes, release cycles, and feature evaluation frameworks;
  • Ability to work with budgets, timelines, and analytics tools (GA, GSC, Clarity).

Soft skills:

  • Critical thinking – analyze situations, foresee potential issues, and offer logical solutions;
  • Attention to detail – catch even the smallest flaws and product defects;
  • Flexibility – adapt to fast-changing requirements and workflows;
  • Leadership and problem-solving – identify root causes and suggest effective fixes quickly;
  • Initiative and proactivity – bring creative solutions to non-standard challenges;
  • Organizational skills – manage time effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Willingness to learn and grow your skills continuously.

How is the recruitment
process going?

Studying CV
Studying CV and getting to know the recruiter (up to 2 days). The recruiter will review your resume and offer an online meeting if your experience meets the job requirements.

Interview (1 day)
If the recruiter receives positive feedback after the first stage, we invite you to an online interview with the Hiring Manager and HR. During the hour, you communicate with each other and ask questions that are important to each of the parties.

Test task
For some positions, it's difficult for us to assess the candidate's hard skills, so we may ask you to complete a test task. Terms are discussed individually, depending on the complexity of the task and your life circumstances. In parallel with this process, the recruiter will ask you to provide the contacts of former Managers to ask them a few questions about your joint work experience (if you don't mind).

Making a decision (1-3 days)
After evaluating your resume, interview, test task (situational) and recommendations, we make a decision, and if it is positive, we proceed to the last stage.
