We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and innovative Tech Lead & Architect who shares our values. Key Responsibilities:
— Design the architecture of new products and enhance the technological aspects of existing ones;
— Evaluate new projects;
— Make strategic decisions on implementing new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency and product quality;
— Ensure our technical solutions meet current security protocols and reliability and performance standards;
— Optimize production and technological processes (coding standards, deployment processes);
— Conduct job interviews;
— Mentor and perform code reviews (ensuring code quality and technical decisions);
— Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align technical requirements.

Key Requirements:
— At least 5 years of commercial experience with various frameworks and technologies;
— Leadership mindset (not just execution);
— Continuous monitoring and implementation of the latest trends in the tech field, including AI technologies;
— Proven cases of successfully upgrading a team’s technology stack;
— Experience in organizing team work and managing projects;
— English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Skills:

Hard Skills:
— Deep understanding of modern frameworks and technologies for both Front-end and Back-end, as well as databases and DevOps practices;
— Knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns;
— Implementation and adherence to security standards;
— Experience with version control tools (GIT);
— Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
— Experience with automated testing and infrastructure management as code (Infrastructure as Code);
— Strategic thinking (anticipating future steps and assessing all possible risks);
— Systematic approach (understanding the basic principles of minimalism, prioritizing tasks, and structuring large amounts of data).

Soft Skills:
— Initiative and proactivity (constantly seeking innovations and generating ideas to improve team efficiency and project quality);
— Responsibility (understanding the importance of deadlines and informing in advance if something goes off-plan to find a joint solution);
— Openness (honestly expressing concerns and informing in advance if you see any red flags);
— Communication and empathy (knowing how to communicate with different types of people and finding an approach to each, uniting around a common goal);
— A sense of taste (preparing technical documentation that is clear and easy to read);
— Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
— Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How is the recruitment
process going?

Studying CV
Studying CV and getting to know the recruiter (up to 2 days). The recruiter will review your resume and offer an online meeting if your experience meets the job requirements.

Interview (1 day)
If the recruiter receives positive feedback after the first stage, we invite you to an online interview with the Hiring Manager and HR. During the hour, you communicate with each other and ask questions that are important to each of the parties.

Test task
For some positions, it's difficult for us to assess the candidate's hard skills, so we may ask you to complete a test task. Terms are discussed individually, depending on the complexity of the task and your life circumstances. In parallel with this process, the recruiter will ask you to provide the contacts of former Managers to ask them a few questions about your joint work experience (if you don't mind).

Making a decision (1-3 days)
After evaluating your resume, interview, test task (situational) and recommendations, we make a decision, and if it is positive, we proceed to the last stage.
